Teams lack the right foundations
Without shared understanding and concrete reference points, AI remains abstract or poorly used in day-to-day work.
We bring our academic expertise to organisations — method, hypotheses, rigour, willingness to question — whether in training, solution design or strategic transformation.
Many organisations want to move forward on AI, but hesitate between training, testing, framing or building. The result: scattered initiatives, low visibility, rarely sustainable.
Without shared understanding and concrete reference points, AI remains abstract or poorly used in day-to-day work.
Between the idea and a useful tool, you need modelling, design and execution capabilities that few players actually combine.
Without clear prioritisation, governance and a deployment vision, AI initiatives pile up without producing any structural impact.
GrewIA is built on three inseparable pillars, driven by one conviction: academic excellence must serve organisations — with rigour, clarity and concrete results.
We approach every engagement as applied research: formulate hypotheses, choose the right method, test, challenge what doesn’t work, and deliver defensible results. Whether it’s a report, a study, a model or an AI tool — the standard never changes.
GrewIA is founded by two university professors, each with extensive teaching and research experience. We make even the most complex concepts accessible to all profiles — without ever sacrificing rigour.
We help organisations define and drive their AI journey: diagnosis, opportunity identification, prioritisation, governance and deployment.

Some engagements are about training, others about modelling or decision support. All share a genuine standard of rigour and a focus on concrete impact.
Training
Design and delivery of training programmes enabling professional audiences to understand AI, master its practical uses and integrate it meaningfully into their work.

Phase 2: AI hackathon to give teams a first hands-on experience of building with AI. Phase 3: ongoing support to embed AI practices, upskill teams and evolve the roadmap as the organisation learns.
